CITA (Conference on Information Technology and its Applications) is an annual scientific conference on information technology and its applications in all fields. The main objective of the conference is to create a forum to gather and connect Vietnamese and international researchers, scientists and specialists to participate in the fields of information technology and its applications.

The 12^th CITA, 2023, will be hosted by the Vietnam - Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU), a member of University of Danang, with the supports of other researching and training institutions in the field of information technology and digital economy in the Central and the Central Highlands of Vietnam (FISU Central and Central Highlands). The conference will take place on July 28-29, 2023 in Da Nang City which is a beautiful beach city and is the most livable city in Vietnam.

CITA 2023 will have 2 parallel tracks, International Track and National Track. Papers for the International Track should be written in English and will be peer-reviewed for including in volume of the Lecture Notes in Network Systems series (Springer) indexed in, among others, DBLP, Scopus, Web of Science. The conference fee for the International Track is 100 USD. Papers for the National Track can be written in English or Vietnamese and published in the proceedings with an ISBN. National Track is FREE for registration fees. All accepted papers for both tracks will be presented orally at the conference.

As the post-conference publication, a number of accepted papers will be selected for publication in special issues of the following journals:

1. Journal of Information and Telecommunication, Taylor and Francis Publisher indexed in Scopus and E-SCI.

2. Vietnam Journal of Computer Science, World Scientific Publishing indexed in Scopus and ESCI.

3. The special issue “Research and Development on Information and Communication Technology” (ISSN 1859-3526), Journal of Information and Communication, Vietnam Information and Communications Publisher.

Paper’s template used at CITA2023 abides by the standard format of Springer LNCS / LNAI magazine (refer to link: http://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines)

When posting, the authors need to agree to the following terms:

1. Submissions must be original papers, never be posted/published before;

2. Use the template specified by the conference, do not change the font style, format, header/footer; no page numbering;

3. Language: English (for International Track) and Vietnamese or English (for National Track);

4. Length: no more than 12 pages.
